Health is a state where sickness and disease are absent; disease and illness are either non-existent or reversible. Health can be achieved by following a healthy lifestyle that promotes the general good. There is no reason to live an unhealthy life. Eat whole grains and cereals. Whole grains and cereals are rich in protein and fiber that help to maintain a balanced digestive system. If you have a low intake of protein and fiber in your daily diet, then you will get tired easily and you will be prone to diseases.
